• Conduct sophisticated target screening to spot synergies by taking due diligence to the next level to source the right partners.

• Develop dynamic sales & marketing strategies to deliver precise pricing and adjust according to changing conditions.

• Support clients across the investment lifecycle, from strong due diligence and deal generation to portfolio value creation and exit planning.

• Bridge the visibility gap between procurement, financial planning, and accounting to capture savings before they disappear and determine the best way to allocate the reinvestment of gains according to given strategic priorities.

• Create sustainable procurement strategies enable organizations to reduce cost across categories and at every spending level.

• Redesign risk management cycles depending on their company-specific vulnerabilities to provide the necessary safeguards for unfailing financial regulatory compliance.

• Look beyond balance sheets to assist clients in embedding a Zero-Based ethos at the heart of their organization to achieve unprecedented levels of granularity, make bold spending decisions for every segment, and unlock resources for investment in profitability, sustainability, and trust.

• Perform financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting of tax and treasury, financial systems, payrolls, and executive compensation.

• Invigorating client portfolios with focused initiatives designed to capture elicit value through M&A, divestitures & carve-outs.​

• Partner with the Blue Dot Advanced Analytics team to provide enhanced digital reporting and leveraging innovative analysis to inform and influence future business decisions.

• Expand client offerings by utilizing supplemental capabilities from Blue Dot Constellations Strategic Partners.

•  Evaluating the economics of client relationships and business investments.

• Analyzing the composition of client portfolio and mix.

• Analyzing pricing structures.

​​

• Providing business with updates and reporting on KPIs.
